You will head south of the bay until you reach the Mismaloya arches where you will have a couple of minutes to take pictures, then you will continue south where you will snorkel at 2 different points Majahuitas Colimilla, these can vary depending on weather conditions, to ensure a good snorkel where you can find a great diversity of marine fauna; lobsters, turtles, starfish, octopus and a wide variety of colorful fish. Located right in front of Mismaloya beach, “Los Arcos” is an imposing place formed by majestic rock structures in the middle of the sea. It is one of the most liked tours by visitors and an ideal place to discover marine life, besides being a protected area that keeps an unparalleled beauty. Since it’s a protected area, Los Arcos National Marine Park is brimming with marine life such as clownfish, octopus, spotted eagle rays, manta rays, colorful tropical fish, and even the occasional sea turtle. Though the beach is smaller than others, get ready to spot various tropical fish such as damsels, sergeant majors, reef cornetfish, eagle rays, and moray reels. Keep your eyes peeled for butterflyfish, they are beautiful!
The final spot is Yelapa, a secluded fishing village nestled in the Sierra Madres, which offers peace and privacy. Accessible by boat, it charms artists with its lush tropics and calm waters. Relax on the beach or explore the vibrant marine life.
