- Please bring comfortable clothes and footwear, sandals or water shoes for the cenote, bathing suit, towel, extra t-shirt, hat/cap
- Sunscreen and mosquito repellent must be biodegradable
- You may bring cash for food, souvenirs, and tips
- There are two schedules, so we recommend you choose one of them (morning or afternoon) so you can fully enjoy all the attractions and activities
- This park is not suitable for people with severe physical or motor handicaps, serious heart problems, anxiety or nervous system disorders, epilepsy, asthma, claustrophobia, hypertension, or diabetes
- Visitors who have a disability must always be accompanied by a relative or friend that can attend to them, as our staff cannot be responsible
- Children must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian who should consult the guidelines of weight and height to perform certain activities
- By government order, on any purchase over $250 USD per person, the remaining amount must be paid by another form of payment (credit or debit card, or cash in pesos)
- People under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed
- Round-trip transportation from area resorts and meeting points available at an additional cost
- Please note that our partner will be providing transportation in their vehicle so that you can enjoy this exciting excursion.
